Who We Are – All Cities Private Security Services is a California Corporation licensed by the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Collections and Investigative Services, and the Los Angeles Police Commission as a Patrol Agency.

All Cities Private Security Services was founded in 2000 by its current president, Ahmed Moujahid. With a background in security that dates back to 1990, Ahmed brings extensive experience and knowledge to the company. His areas of expertise include: security management, crime prevention and investigations, public relations, arrest techniques, and transportation security.
The company is also led by Warren Richard, a businessman and former vice president of Western Bureau of Investigation, Inc., a private security firm in Torrance established by security pioneer Vernon Turcotte in 1980. When Vernon Turcotte passed away, Warren Richard took over the business and served as its president before partnering with his long-time friend and security colleague Ahmed Moujahid to form All Cities Private Security Services.Your Attractive Heading
